What's retained, and what still needs checking
- PRODUCT: PowerBass OE83T5-VW component speakers, real, active - the manufacturer's own listing explicitly states coverage for BOTH VW T5 and T5.1, one of the few products in this catalogue confirmed across both generations without contradiction.
- GENERATION SPLIT: this package covers the T5.1 facelift generation only (2009-2015, matching fitting kit CTKVW04's own stated coverage). The earlier pre-2009 "T5" generation is NOT served by any package or fitting kit currently in this catalogue - Vibe's own product range does list separate T5-specific speaker kits (SKUs 91661/91662), confirming real physical differences between the two generations, but no head-unit fitting kit for the pre-2009 van was found. This remains a genuine, unaddressed gap - do not assume this package fits a pre-2009 Transporter.
- LABOUR: not included in this price - Dream-ice workshop rate is £90 + VAT per hour; we'll confirm the hours for your vehicle.
- Source: PowerBass product listing, checked live in this catalogue.
£299.99 supply only. Professional installation is £90 + VAT per hour (£108 including VAT) — ask for a fitted price and we'll confirm the hours for your vehicle.
