What's retained, and what still needs checking
- KIT: Standard Installation Kit - CTKVW04 (VW) (CTKVW04).
- RETAINED: steering wheel controls (CAN-Bus interface); factory aerial (twin-FAKRA adapter) — Connects2's own kit contents.
- CONDITION: VW Transporter T5/T5.1, 2009-2015 only. 2003-2008 Transporters are NOT covered by this kit — an additional harness (not stocked here) would be needed for that earlier wiring.
- NOT CONFIRMED: reversing camera and USB-port retention — no T5-specific retention part was found in this catalogue or via Connects2; the only such cables stocked are stated for the later T6 only.
- LABOUR: not included in this price - Dream-ice workshop rate is £90 + VAT per hour; we'll confirm the hours for your vehicle.
- Source: Connects2 product pages (CTKVW01, CTKVW04); Dream-ice's own compatibility metafields.
