What's retained, and what still needs checking
- STARTER RANGE - single tier only, per the client's plan (Caddy gets a starter range, not the full 3-tier treatment given to T6/T6.1).
- KIT: CTKVW16, real, active - its own compatibility table explicitly states Caddy 2015-2020 (also confirmed independently by CTKVW17 and CTKVW23's own tables, all Connects2 kits already used for T6).
- HEAD UNIT: Kenwood DMX5023DABS, real, active, generic double-DIN unit, reused from the T6/T6.1 Essential tier.
- GENERATION SPLIT: this package covers Caddy 2015-2020 only, matching the real stated coverage of fitting kit CTKVW16 (and CTKVW17/CTKVW23, which state the same 2015-2020 range). The earlier Caddy generation (a speaker product, Option Audio V-180, states real coverage back to 2003) has NO head-unit fitting kit anywhere in this catalogue - that earlier generation remains a genuine, unaddressed gap. A later Caddy 5 generation (2020 on) is not addressed here either - no kit coverage confirmed for it in this catalogue.
- LABOUR: not included in this price - Dream-ice workshop rate is £90 + VAT per hour; we'll confirm the hours for your vehicle.
- Source: Connects2 (CTKVW16/17/23) and Kenwood product listings, checked live in this catalogue.
